All orders placed on TrueVita are processed automatically and immediately after checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day

Once processed, orders are sent directly to our US fulfillment warehouse for preparation and USPS pickup

Because of this automated system, orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.
