The original packaging is intact and undamaged

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions.
Do not send returns without authorization, as they may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Returns are inspected upon receipt

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are not refunded

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately and automatically by our fulfillment system.

Because orders are sent directly to our US warehouse for preparation and USPS pickup:

Cancellations are not possible once an order has been processed

We cannot modify or stop orders already in fulfillment

If you no longer want the product, you may request a return after delivery, provided the item remains unopened and unused.
