To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Products that show signs of use, damage, or are not returned in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders to our customers. However, please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Velric. Any shipping fees associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.

Before sending any item back, you must first contact us at support@velricshop.com. Our support team will provide you with detailed instructions on how the return process should be completed. Returns sent without prior approval and instructions may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
